About the role
Team Leader, Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining the villas and surrounding areas to the highest standard, adhering to O&O standards at all times, and ensuring the cleanliness / hygiene is followed at all times. Also must ensure that the arrivals villas met the arriving customer requirements and known preferences’.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To maintain and enforce all standards and procedures for Housekeeping service.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness to all assigned work areas.
- Inspect villas daily, including departures, arrivals, occupied, VIP, ensuring that they have been cleaned to the highest level, all maintenance is reported and rectified, and standards are being adhered to.
- Ensure supplies and stock levels are maintained in pantries.
- Ensure the ability to maintain safe work practices.
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness, replenishment, standards and maintenance of the entire villa for all arrival villas for their respective sections.
- Guarantee that all the repeater arrival preferences are met when the villa is prepared.
- Ensure that the task provided daily are executed to the expectation of O&O RR standard
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Education – Bachelor degree in Tourism
- Knowledge of Greek and English
- Basic computer skills and knowledge on Word, Excel and Opera
- Minimum 2 years as a supervisor job experience in a luxury resort
- Must have basic accounting skills
