About the role
Responsible for maintenance and proper functionality of mechanical systems and devices. Daily on-site inspections, interventions, and reporting. Ensuring that safety measures are followed. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily on site inspecting of mechanical systems (HVAC, Heat Pumps, Gas Burners, Boilers, Pumping Stations, Pools’ Plants, Water Treatment Systems, Power Generators, Fire Fighting Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Dampers, LPG, Kitchen Equipment etc.) filling of check lists and acting per instructions of direct superiors. 
• To follow preventive maintenance calendar and to ensure that all activities are performed accordingly.
• To be familiar with safety standards and legal requirements and to followed them in daily activities. 
• To respond promptly and accurately on maintenance request and work orders.
• Responsible for cleanliness and organization of machinery rooms, plants, and workshop
• Monitoring of utilities consumption (water, heating and cooling, LPG) and report immediately if any deviation is noted. 
• To liaise, actively support and assist to the other technicians on any issue. 
• To participate actively in handover process of new buildings.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements 

• Graduate of technical school or university
• Strong technical knowledge
• Proven experience as a mechanic in commercial and/or industrial systems
• Proven success working in a team.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Good spoken and written English
• Computer literate

Υπεύθυνος για τη συντήρηση και τη σωστή λειτουργία των μηχανικών συστημάτων και συσκευών. Καθημερινές επιτόπιες επιθεωρήσεις, παρεμβάσεις και υποβολή εκθέσεων. Διασφάλιση της τήρησης των μέτρων ασφαλείας.

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες

• Καθημερινός επιτόπιος έλεγχος των μηχανολογικών συστημάτων (HVAC, αντλίες θερμότητας, καυστήρες αερίου, λέβητες, αντλιοστάσια, εγκαταστάσεις πισίνας, συστήματα επεξεργασίας νερού, γεννήτριες ενέργειας, συστήματα πυρόσβεσης, συστήματα καταιονισμού, πυροσβεστήρες, πυροσβεστικές διατάξεις, υγραέριο, εξοπλισμός κουζίνας κ.λπ.) με συμπλήρωση καταλόγων ελέγχου και ενέργειες σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες των άμεσων προϊσταμένων. 
• Να ακολουθεί το ημερολόγιο προληπτικής συντήρησης και να διασφαλίζει ότι όλες οι δραστηριότητες εκτελούνται αναλόγως.
• Να γνωρίζει τα πρότυπα ασφαλείας και τις νομικές απαιτήσεις και να τα ακολουθεί στις καθημερινές του δραστηριότητες. 
• Να ανταποκρίνεται άμεσα και με ακρίβεια στα αιτήματα συντήρησης και στις εντολές εργασίας.
• Να είναι υπεύθυνος για την καθαριότητα και την οργάνωση των μηχανοστασίων, των εγκαταστάσεων και του εργαστηρίου.
• Παρακολούθηση της κατανάλωσης υπηρεσιών κοινής ωφέλειας (νερό, θέρμανση και ψύξη, υγραέριο) και άμεση αναφορά εάν διαπιστωθεί οποιαδήποτε απόκλιση. 
• Να επικοινωνεί, να υποστηρίζει και να βοηθά ενεργά τους άλλους τεχνικούς σε οποιοδήποτε ζήτημα. 
• Να συμμετέχει ενεργά στη διαδικασία παράδοσης νέων κτιρίων.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα 

• Απόφοιτος τεχνικής σχολής ή πανεπιστημίου
• Ισχυρές τεχνικές γνώσεις
• Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία ως μηχανικός σε εμπορικά ή/και βιομηχανικά συστήματα
• Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ομάδα
• Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και ερμηνείας μηχανολογικών σχεδίων και τεχνικών εγχειριδίων.
• Άριστη ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
• Καλή προφορική και γραπτή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
• Γνώση Η/Υ
