They must be knowledgeable about the resort's policies, procedures, facilities, and services to ensure smooth operations. The Agent, Concierge promotes resort amenities and local attractions, providing recommendations and answering various guest inquiries. They handle booking services such as transportation, excursions, activities, restaurant reservations, and other experiences tailored to the guest's needs.
