The Assistant Manager, Night is responsible for overseeing all Front Office operations during the overnight shift, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional guest service at all times. This role manages night activities including the verification of guest accounts, balancing departmental charges, and completing the night audit in accordance with hotel policies and financial controls.The role is accountable for compiling system updates, accurately verifying and recording all revenue processed across hotel operations, and maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. As a key representative of the One&Only brand, the Assistant Manager, Night delivers service in a professional, warm, and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless overnight operations.
