An attendant in a public area is responsible for maintaining order, safety, and cleanliness in shared spaces such as airports, train stations, parks, or shopping centers. They assist visitors by providing information, directions, or help with facilities, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Additionally, they monitor the area to address any issues promptly, such as spills, disturbances, or security concerns. Their role combines customer service with vigilance to keep the environment welcoming and functional.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensure all public areas meet One&Only Portonovi cleanliness standards, exceeding guest expectations.

• Perform daily and deep cleaning of toilets, corridors, trolleys, pantries, and caddies, following SOPs for sanitization and setup.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation for site inspections and daily operations.

• Keep pantries organized and neat; adhere to safe work practices and proper chemical usage.

• Report defects promptly to management and ensure timely resolution.

• Complete scheduled daily and evening services efficiently.

• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and other departments to support a team-oriented environment.

• Follow grooming standards, manage assigned Master Key, and handle lost & found items responsibly.

• Assist with additional duties as requested by management.
