As the Chef de Cuisine for Tapasake, you will be responsible for leading and managing the culinary operations of our premier Asian cuisine restaurant. Your primary duties include overseeing the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency that our guests expect.Additionally, you will recommend training programs to enhance staff skills and practices in food and kitchen management, specifically focusing on the unique requirements of Asian cuisine.
