The Chef de Partie at La Veranda is responsible for managing a specific kitchen station, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of all dishes in line with restaurant standards. This role requires strong technical skill, efficient organization, and the ability to maintain consistency during high-volume service. Experience in a steakhouse or grill-focused kitchen is highly recommended, as the position involves precision cooking and mastery of temperature control. The Chef de Partie also supports junior staff, upholds safety and sanitation standards, and collaborates closely with the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine. We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team for the summer season of 2026.
