We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join Sabia, our refined Italian restaurant. The role involves preparing high-quality dishes with a focus on classic Italian specialties such as fresh pasta, hand-crafted pizza, antipasti, risotti, and coastal-inspired seafood, ensuring consistency and authenticity in every plate. Ideal candidates have solid experience in Italian cuisine, strong kitchen discipline, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary craftsmanship. This is a seasonal position offered for Summer 2026.
