A Chef de Partie in Tapasake cuisine is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality tapas and sushi-inspired dishes that blend Spanish and Japanese flavors. This role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining inventory, ensuring consistency in food quality, and adhering to health and safety standards. The Chef de Partie works closely with other kitchen staff, trains junior chefs, and ensures a creative yet authentic approach to combining the culinary techniques of both Spanish and Japanese traditions. A strong passion for both tapas and sushi, along with attention to detail, is essential for success in this position.
