We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join Tapasake, our contemporary Japanese‑fusion restaurant that celebrates Nikkei‑style cuisine — a blend of Japanese technique with Mediterran ingredients.In this role you will prepare dishes consistent with Tapasake’s menu: sushi, sashimi, ceviche, carpaccio, marinated seafood, grilled meats, tempura, and other tapas‑style small plates.The ideal candidate has experience in Japanese and fusion cuisine — particularly working with raw fish, seafood, sashimi, small‑plate presentation, and a good sense for balancing flavors. Attention to detail, consistent quality, and the ability to thrive in a lively, high‑end restaurant environment are essential. This is a seasonal position offered for Summer 2026.
