A Chef de Partie, Pastry is responsible for overseeing the preparation and production of all pastry and dessert items in the kitchen. They manage the pastry section, ensuring that all items are made to the highest quality and presented beautifully. This role involves supervising and training junior pastry staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the pastry area. Additionally, they collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
