A Commis Chef in Tapasake cuisine supports the kitchen team by assisting in the preparation and cooking of tapas and sushi-inspired dishes that combine Spanish and Japanese flavors. This entry-level role involves prepping ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper food storage. The Commis Chef works under the supervision of senior chefs, learning both Spanish and Japanese cooking techniques while helping ensure smooth kitchen operations. A keen interest in tapas, sushi, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.
