Counselor, Kids Only is responsible for the direct supervision and safety of children and teens while delivering high-quality, engaging programs. Creates a fun, energetic, and inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to participate. Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and strong leadership to ensure every child has a memorable and positive experience. Maintains high standards of program quality and guest service at all times.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise up to eight children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Deliver fun, engaging recreational and educational programs.
• Lead activities such as fitness, arts & crafts, games, cultural events, and excursions.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
• Maintain high guest service standards and promote a joyful, welcoming atmosphere.
• Communicate concerns with supervisors and complete assigned daily tasks.
Basic Criteria
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident with strong showmanship.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to think on your feet.
• Safety-conscious with good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Positive attitude and basic computer literacy.
