The Hostess is responsible for greeting and seating guests in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of customers into the restaurant. This role involves managing reservations, maintaining an organized seating chart, and communicating wait times to guests. The Hostess also provides excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, handling special requests, and supporting the front-of-house team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
