We are seeking a Houseman to support the Housekeeping team by ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness of all guest and back-of-house areas. The role includes assisting with cleaning guest corridors, moving and delivering supplies, handling trash and linen, and supporting deep cleaning tasks as required. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and able to work on a rotational schedule while maintaining high standards of service. A proactive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, elevators, and public areas

Assist with bed preparation, linen collection, and waste disposal

Maintain furniture, upholstery, windows, and draperies

Conduct deep cleaning activities using professional equipment as scheduled

Deliver guest-requested items such as flowers, fruits, and ice

Inspect rooms and facilities, reporting any maintenance or damage

Ensure back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) areas are clean and organized

Adhere to hotel operational, safety, and fire procedures
