The Order Taker for In-Room Dining is responsible for answering guest calls, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring a smooth order process. This role involves providing detailed information about the menu, suggesting items based on guest preferences, and confirming special requests or dietary restrictions. The Order Taker works closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining excellent communication with guests throughout their dining experience.
