The Pastry Chef will lead our pastry kitchen, ensuring the creation of high-quality pastries and desserts in line with our standards. Responsibilities include designing dessert menus, supervising pastry staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. This role demands creativity, precision, and leadership to consistently produce exceptional pastry offerings while collaborating with the culinary team and fulfilling other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
