Manager, Public Relations and Content is a dynamic role responsible for driving the resort’s brand visibility through strategic communications, content creation, and public relations initiatives. This position oversees internal and external messaging, including IPTV, newsletters, social media, and paid digital campaigns, while managing guest databases and coordinating in-resort promotions across all outlets. The role involves developing press releases, briefing documents, and visual content, and liaising with PR agencies to support key initiatives. A key focus is on enhancing resort revenue through strategic partnerships, media exposure, and market-driven marketing activities. Fluent Montenegrin and English language knowledge is essential for this role.
