The Rooms Division Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of Rooms Division related departments: Front of House and Housekeeping. The main duties include:
- Setting and achieving performance goals, implementing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability within the rooms division.
- Monitoring and maintaining guest satisfaction levels through exceptional service and prompt resolution of issues.
- Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all room-related services.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of guest services.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and providing recommendations for enhancing guest experiences.
- Preparing and managing departmental budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue streams.
- Recruiting, training, and developing the rooms division team members to ensure high levels of competency and engagement.
