The Senior Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping team, ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to exceptional standards. This role involves overseeing the training, development, and performance of junior supervisors and staff while handling more complex issues and operations. Additionally, the Senior Supervisor ensures efficient scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to safety regulations, while collaborating with other departments to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
