The Server in In-Room Dining is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests' rooms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves taking orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy in the delivery of food, and offering menu recommendations based on guest preferences. The Server also maintains cleanliness in guest rooms during service, handles payments, and ensures all special requests are met while upholding the hotel's standards for service and presentation.
