The Spa Receptionist plays a key role in welcoming and assisting guests, while maintaining the set standards. They possess comprehensive knowledge of treatments, services, and current promotions. The Spa Receptionist ensures the implementation of operational procedures, codes of conduct, and appearance standards as directed by the Spa Manager. They also maximize scheduling efficiency, drive revenue, and uphold outstanding guest relations, representing the CHENOT and Hotel brand. Additionally, they provide support to the Spa Director as a Duty Manager and oversee the management of the Spa Reception Team.
