They must be knowledgeable about treatments, services, and promotions, while ensuring all operational procedures and standards are followed. Responsible for efficient scheduling and maximizing revenue through effective management, the Spa Receptionist also upholds five-star guest relations and embodies the CHENOT and resort brand standards.
