A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are sanitized and ready for use. They assist with washing dishes, cleaning floors, and handling waste disposal, while also supporting the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed. Stewards help manage inventory and ensure proper storage of kitchen supplies. They also play a key role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the kitchen environment.
