About the role
The Fitness Instructor manages efficiently and professionally the indoor and outdoor areas, provide assistance to guests consider their needs and preferences. Always keep an attitude of cooperation and collaboration to ensure the development of the objectives of the resort and the company as well as guest’s satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely.
- Private and group sessions taking in to consideration the guest needs and preferences.
- Provide additional assistance when requested from the management team or colleagues.
- Provide daily care at equipment of indoor and outdoor areas.
- Carries out any assigned task with honesty, transparency, and integrity.
- Maintain polite and professional interpersonal relationship with both colleagues and guests.
- Under the direction of the direct responsible leader, plan workflow and capacity for the team to ensure optimum manning distribution throughout the daily operations and proper guest service coverage.
- Act as One & Only brand Ambassador always.
- Ensure compliance with all brand standards, OO markers, quality standards, and SOP
- Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
- Always keep an attitude of cooperation and collaboration to ensure the development of the objectives of the hotel and the company and as well as guest’s satisfaction.
Skills, Experience, & Educational Requirements
- Degree at Department of Physical Education and Sports Science or Private Certified College
- Minimum 2 years experience in same or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Tennis Sessions, Cross training and Sports
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Positive attitude
