About the role
Assumes responsibility of the smooth operation of the Boutique, maintaining appropriate levels of stock and supplies for the team. Will liaise with all guests in a polite and professional manner. Will prepare any financial reports if required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Takes responsibility to ensure that all displays are attractive and well maintained.
- Provides a warm and professional manner when interacting with guests and team members.
- Is responsible for all promotional activities and ensuring that targets are met.
- Conducts any additional sales related activities as their role dictates.
- Ensures that any guest preferences are accurately report to the Front Office Team for updating in the SAGA system for future use.
- Follow the brand principles of We Create Joy in every interaction both internally and externally.
- Ensure that the retail outlet is always manned.
- Will maintain any cash floats and record keeping as required by the Finance team.
- Will conduct and support an inventory as directed by the finance team.
- Conduct and helps to compile any reports as requested by the senior management.
- Will partake in any training as required either by their direct manager or One&Only Resorts.
- Will partake in any cross-training activities as and when requested.
- To assist with any other duties as required by the line manager or another member of the management team.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience Retail agents position preferable in a hotel setting.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Computer Literacy
- Telephone Etiquette
