About the role
Assumes responsibility of the smooth operation of the Boutique, maintaining appropriate levels of stock and supplies for the team. Will liaise with all guest in a polite and professional manner. Will prepare any financial reports if required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the retail outlet is manned at all times.
- Provides ideas and support to the management team on how to improve sales and drive bottom line success.
- Will maintain any cash floats and record keeping as required by the Finance team.
- Will conduct and support an inventories as directed by the finance team.
- Conduct and helps to compile any reports as requested by the senior management.
- Takes responsibility to ensure that all displays are attractive and well maintained.
- Provides a warm and professional manner when interacting with guests and team members.
- Is responsible for all promotional activities and ensuring that targets are met.
- Conducts any additional sales related activities as their role dictates.
- Will partake in any training as required either by their direct manager or One&Only Resorts.
- Will partake in any cross training activities as and when requested.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- 2 years in a Retail agents position preferable in a Hotel setting.
- Computer Literacy
- Fluent in English Language
