About the Role


We are looking for a Kids Club Manager who is responsible for the supervision of the Kids Only team. The Kids Club Manager is responsible to ensure the well-being of all  One&Only little Guests  by providing highly personalized  services and creating everlasting memories through innovative kids programs.

This position is seasonal.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning and organizing activities for children at Kid’s Only club, according to One&Only and Worldwide Kids standards.
  • Hiring, training and supervising Kid’s Only colleagues.
  • Ensuring safety and wellbeing of all children in the Kid’s club.
  • Follow One&Only vision by creating everlasting memories through the kid’s only programs, which promote child development and creativity.
  • Managing the budget and resources of the department.
  • Maintaining an organized and clean environment.
  • Promotes Kid’s Only services to all Resort Guests.
  • Collaborating with other departments on daily basis to ensure smooth operation and to enhance the kids club experience.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

  • A perfect candidate should hold a Primary Education degree (ideally Greek University)
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in a similar managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the practices relating to childcare and education field.
  • Knowledge of First Aid is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of the team.
