About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, brand storytelling, and delivering engaging guest experiences through consistent brand communication. Responsible for providing a full range of support to the Marketing department functions, the Marketing Executive will ensure One&Only global branding standards are maintained across all touchpoints and channels, including but not limited to: website, social media and other digital touchpoints, newsletters, collateral and in-resort promotional material; copywriting tone of voice; on-property events and activations, and more. This permanent full-time role is based in Athens and frequent travel to the resort in Kéa will be required.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing content updates for the resort’s website, microsite, and other digital platforms and touchpoints (i.e. Google Business Profiles, in-villa app, magazine and TV, and more).
- Oversee social media content management (organic and paid) across all channels.
- Manage digital community engagement and online reviews, liaising with relevant departments as needed.
- Plan, create, and distribute newsletters on a regular basis.
- Manage digital advertising and content updates for OTAs.
- Regularly review and update brand collateral and in-resort promotional materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
- Coordinate communication and promotion of in-resort activations, events, and special initiatives.
- Liaise with external agencies and partners (designers, copywriters, printers, etc.) for the development of marketing materials.
- Draft and coordinate visit itineraries, and assist with hosting media & influencer trips, conducting site tours as and when required.
- Track and monitor the marketing department’s budget and expenditures.
- Prepare regular reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Assist with project management and other marketing initiatives, as assigned by the Director of Marketing & Communications.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree will be considered an asset)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing/Communications in luxury hospitality
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
- Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, working under tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design or analytics tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics) is a plus.
