Job Summary
Is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all the resorts fixtures related to plumbing works (e.g. Boilers, LP’s (Land Pits). Pipeline leaks, Drainage pipeline block, Hydrant, and Villa issues.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Repair and maintenance plumbing all works.

Monthly cleaning all land pits

Everyday clean workshop.

Daily MR.’s (Maintenance Request) handling.

All Villas undergoing PVMP/PAM program is met within agreed acceptable timeline, this will also include public area kitchens, and staff accommodations.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

Professional license
-
Strong technical knowledge.

Proven experience as an electrician in commercial and/or industrial electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.

Excellent problem-solving ability.

Good spoken and written English.

Computer literate.
