Job Summary

To carry out cleaning and maintenance duties of public areas of the resort as per resort standards and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To attend to duty on time in correct uniform and well groomed.
• Attend daily briefing at the beginning of each shift.
• Be fully trained on resort standards.
• Use and maintain all tools and equipment as per resort standards.
• Carryout and complete all daily assigned tasks as per resort standards.
• Report malfunctioning tools, incidents and area issues correctly to supervisor as per resort standards.
• Follow resort health and safety policies, procedures.
• Attend training when required by the resort.
• Carry out any other job related duties when requested by the resort.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential, any additional languages is preferable.
• Must be willing to learn and skilled to perform the job of a Public Area Attendant.
• Any job experience in the Hospitality and Housekeeping department in a resort environment (preferable five star) is a valuable addition.
