JOB SUMMARY
To assist the Human Resources Department and ensure all functions and processes of the department are carried out fairly and effectively with consistency. Oversees and executes various administrative tasks accurately and professionally within Human Resources Department. The Administrator, HR will be required to conduct duties in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Organize colleague flight ticket requests, including repatriation, relocation, emergency, annual leave, and business travel for the HR team or other colleagues as required.
•    Responsible for coordinating and liaising with relevant departments and the Malé office regarding colleague medical and work permit renewals.
•    Responsible for issuing colleague letters, including bank, references, employment, and other HR-related letters.
•    Responsible for expense claim collection, routing for signatures, and entering claims into the system.
•    Responsible for routing forms for signatures, communicating approval information to relevant departments, and maintaining proper records.
•    Responsible for the creation and maintenance of HR rosters on a weekly and monthly basis.
•    Responsible for Co-Mail, including managing, sorting, and distributing colleague mail and HR correspondence within the Human Resources Team and to relevant departments.
•    Responsible for requisitions and purchase orders for the HR Office, maintaining proper records and filing systems, and monitoring general store requirements to ensure minimum stock levels are maintained.
•    Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department for HR-related correspondence, including memorandums, letters, and reports.
•    Coordinate with the Employee Relations team in organizing monthly birthday celebrations and HR team events.
•    Contribute to colleague activities, including sports activities, monthly colleague gatherings, birthdays, and other colleague engagement events.
•    Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and attitude when dealing with colleagues, ensuring that all colleagues receive a warm and welcoming experience when approaching Human Resources.
•    Be fully familiar with and comply with all Human Resources policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures.
•    Communicate promptly and efficiently with the Director, Human Resources, or Manager, Human Resources, regarding colleague complaints, concerns, compliments, or other matters, regardless of employment level, and ensure that all colleagues are treated fairly and equally.
•    Work closely with the Human Resources Team, maintaining trust, respect, confidentiality, and teamwork at all times.
•    Maintain a strong sense of urgency and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and within the required timelines.
•    Be punctual, reliable, and courteous, and maintain a helpful and positive manner when dealing with colleagues.
•    Be aware of the assigned work schedule and provide adequate notice when serious circumstances prevent adherence to the schedule.
•    Always maintain the required grooming standards, presenting a clean, professional, and appropriate appearance in both attire and personal presentation.
•    Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Human Resources/Designate
•    To perform all other jobs, as requested by your superiors or other Managers.


SKILL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT 
•    Should have a minimum 1-year experience in a similar role at a five-star hotel/resort 
•    Solid administration and computer literacy skills, particularly in MS Office.
•    Should have minimum Diploma level education in a related field. 
•    Must be able to work in a team orientation.
•    Should have excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English.
•    Should be flexible and able to work in a multi-tasking role.
•    Should be able to work in a remote island location with a diverse team.
