Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Garden Supervisor / Engineering Manager and in accordance with One & Only procedure, he takes part in the maintenance of Chef’s, Hydroponic & Botanica Garden of the resort.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Chef’s, Hydroponic & Botanica Garden area.
- Responsible for Planting, re-planting, watering, spraying pesticide & fertilizer application to the Chef’s, Hydroponic & Botanica Garden.
- Responsible for harvesting the plants & crops.
- Carries out regular maintenance of the nursery & Chef’s, Hydroponic & Botanica Garden.
- Any other task assigned by the Botanica Manager & Chef.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Need to have the knowledge about fertilizers, pesticide & chemicals used for plants.
- Need to have 2-3 years experiences in the field.
- Hardworking and should work long hours if required.
- Need to be able to communicate with guest in full filling their needs.
