JOB SUMMARY
• To assist the Excursion department in delivering service excellence to all our guests on excursions and department preparation & and deep cleaning.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure guests are personally and professionally welcomed, greeted, and bid farewell using the guest’s name, on arrival to the Yacht / Speedboat.
• Escorting guests on private excursions.
• Providing tours and safety briefings.
• Serving food & and beverages to guests during excursions.
• Guiding guests in snorkeling and support if needed.
• Taking guest orders on fishing excursions, fish-tag, and delivering to F&B.
• Ensure to present a bill to each assigned excursion and correctly post the charges to the guest account.
• Facilitate efficient arrival and departure formality for all guests.
• Ensure guests are assisted on excursions.
• Keeps the dhoni/ boat captain promptly and fully informed of all problems or issues.
• Ensure that all equipment in Recreation/Dhoni storage is properly stored and that easy access is maintained when required.
• Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner by established Resort’s Policies and Procedures
• Any other duty as requested by D&E management.
• To perform all other jobs related to your scope of work, as requested by your superiors or other Managers.
SKILL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
• Completed O level.
• Experience in working with high-end clientele.
• Can interact with guests pleasantly and professionally.
• Experienced in snorkeling- and fishing- guidance.
