JOB SUMMARY
Provide guests with a fully stocked and well-maintained mini bar consistently throughout their stay. Stock the mini-bar cart with the necessary items to maintain the par level daily. Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items. Order the necessary items from the store if the par level is low. Take the inventory of all guest mini-bars daily and post the appropriate charges to the Villa before guest departure.

 

 KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Post daily minibar consumptions through Micros. 
•    Stock and replace missing items, inspect, organize, and clean the mini-bar store according to departmental procedures and policies. 
•    Maintain, track, and complete daily worksheets of mini bar stock. 
•    Replenish mini bar items in villas according to the villa valet request or consumption. 
•    Maintain the stock of tea and coffee in pantries in terms of par stock. 
•    Expiry dates of minibar items are checked monthly and replaced and restocked in the inventory. 
•    Maintain assigned minibar carts. 
•    Maintain the minbar stock inventory daily by raising store requests through Material Control (MC) 
•    Minibar consumption requests are to be attended to promptly on both services. 
•    Follows all required safety SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of One&Only Reethi Rah 
•    Report daily issues and concerns to the Manager of housekeeping. 
•    Perform any other duties or additional tasks assigned by the Manager, Housekeeping. 
•    Knowledge of Point-of-sale systems (Micros POS), OPERA PMS, and MC. 
•    Ensures all Seniors and housekeeping colleagues are informed of any regular updates. 
•    Keeps accurate records in an organized manner that other colleagues can find easily when required, in all forms such as computers, files, etc. 
•    Take minibar inventories promptly as requested by the finance department and provide spoilage/rebate and other reports. 
•    Ensure VIP amenities (wine & and champagne) are ordered and delivered to the housekeeping office one day in advance according to the list provided by the housekeeping administrator. 
•    Ensure pre-requested personalized minibar items are arranged accordingly and if not available coordinate with Administrator, Housekeeping, or Manager, Housekeeping. 
•    Maintain weekly fruit orders by coordinating with the fruit Chef and making sure the order is aligned with the occupancy. 
•    Maintain the cleanliness of the buggy daily and ensure monthly maintenance and service. 
•    Maintain a sense of urgency in all assigned tasks. 
•    Attends and participates in team events. 
•    Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality 
•    Participates in required training related to the job. 
•    Effectively communicate and maintain a favorable working relationship with colleges at all levels. 
•    Always Ensure a professional attitude towards guests and colleagues. 
•    Always Ensure to meet the Grooming and Hygiene policy of One&Only Reethi Rah while on duty.
•    To perform all other jobs related to your scope of work, as requested by your superiors or other Managers. 

 

SKILL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT 
•    Minimum of 1 year's job experience in a five-star or higher category resort 
•    Knowledge of Excel, Word, Micros POS, OPERA PMS, and MC
