JOB SUMMARY
Works closely with the Marketing team to develop creative social media concepts and strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders, including Heads of Departments, Commercial team, and the Global Marketing team. Demonstrates strong technical and creative expertise in photography and videography, with the ability to adapt to diverse visual styles in alignment with brand standards. Actively contributes to enhancing brand visibility across all social media platforms and digital channels. Provides support to the MMC on ongoing projects and other marketing-related initiatives.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for various marketing platforms, adapting to diverse visual styles as required by different brands.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Social teams to ensure a unified and effective brand message across a diverse portfolio.
• Manage all technical aspects of video and photographic productions, including lighting, sound, and editing.
• Prepare storyboards or visual concepts for upcoming shoots and content pieces.
• Coordinate shoot logistics, including scheduling, location scouting, props, and internal talent.
• Maintain organized files and archives of all photographic and video assets. Help maintain the content library and ensure all digital assets are well-organized and easily accessible.
• Ensure that visual content aligns with the brand guidelines and aesthetics of One&Only Reethi Rah’s digital and social media channels, including reels, stories, and other formats.
• Edit visual content using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or other industry-standard tools.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to produce cutting-edge visual content.
• Manage equipment inventory, ensuring all tools are functional and arranging repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Support all social media platforms, including the development, maintenance, and circulation of editorial calendars.
• Create and produce photo and video content for all Resort social media accounts to drive engagement and interest, utilizing both existing and new platform features.
• Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience targeting.
• Track, capture, and analyze relevant social media metrics, insights, and best practices to ensure alignment with marketing goals and business objectives.
• Manage community management tools by posting, moderating, and editing daily content.
• Perform regular audits to ensure social media content, photography, videos, and links are up to date, functional, and fully optimized. Audits of social media channels should also ensure visual content remains fresh, relevant, and trend-aligned.
• Collaborate with the Manager/designate and digital advertising agencies on various promotions and campaigns, tracking their success and performance.
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
• Work closely with brand marketers and digital teams to distribute content that educates, entertains, and supports overall marketing goals.
• Attend events to capture live content, increasing user engagement in real-time, and ensuring all posts are as per brand guidelines.
• Support content planning by contributing ideas and helping execute content calendars.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure content across all Resort channels aligns with brand standards and campaign goals.
• To perform all other jobs related to your scope of work, as requested by your superiors or other Managers.
