JOB SUMMARY
Coordinates all Learning and Development Programs and Quality Assurance Plans within the organization and provides support in Planning, Developing, Implementing, and Evaluating Learning and Development Programs.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepares all Learning Program Handouts based on the Scheduled Courses for the week and month and all related collateral (Attendance Register, etc.)
• Maintains required levels of stationery and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Assists in the development of learning resources, this may include preparing notes and visual displays from researched information or his/her knowledge.
• Assist in conducting learning courses which may involve demonstrating, conducting physical resort areas such as show around, leading group discussions, and other learning activities.
• Compiles the following reports, attendance, departmental learning plan, or related materials.
• Produce handouts, training manuals based on the needs of the organization.
• Consult assist and support in all related activities of internships, Dharivarus, and the management trainee program.
• Assist and support all departments and/or sections in assuring the success in their preparation and presentation of their learning programs.
• Organizes and controls the schedule of the Learning Rooms.
• Organizes and maintains relevant and current information L&D Notice Boards.
• Constantly updates information presented to colleagues via the ikonnect, notice board, and in conjunction with the HR Team.
• Communicate information about learning events in a timely and professional manner to ensure the business is kept up to date about learning activities.
• Upkeep of physical and electronic folders with related, relevant, and current information for L&D, ensuring all folders and items are up to date.
• Always maintains his/her work area clean and tidy as well as all areas of L&D.
• Works with all colleagues to ensure standards are implemented efficiently and always adhered to.
• Share knowledge and skills with other colleagues and communicate effectively.
• Keeps the Director, L&D informed in all related matters.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency in all tasks assigned to achieve the desired outcome in a timely fashion.
• shows an active interest in supporting and driving change in L&D.
• Ensures a positive guest experience and high colleague morale through creative learning and development.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner by policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
• Performs any other duties as requested by Management.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Director, L&D, or Director, Human Resources.
• To perform all other jobs related to your scope of work, as requested by your Superiors or other Managers.
• To ensure that all colleagues follow the grooming as per the resort standards.
SKILL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
• Minimum 2 years experience in Acknowledged/Acclaimed/Recognized Resorts and Hotels and/or in a related industry like Tourism, Food Services, and/or relevant experience in the position applying for.
• Speaks, Reads, and Writes English Fluently (additional Foreign Language would be an advantage).
