JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all HVAC in the resort.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Instruct and lead HVAC technician during the supervisor's absence.
• To keep and maintain records on the logbook every day.
• Inspect all the systems to locate problems and defects and fix them.
• Troubleshoot and repair the heating and cooling system using the right tools.
• Identify defects in components as well.
• Handle maintenance request
• To perform all other jobs related to your scope of work, as requested by your superiors or other Managers.
• Detail Oriented
SKILL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
• At least three years of experience in the same field.
• Preferably colleague level and have a background in HVAC Systems, electrical, electronic, and mechanical.
• Must have good moral character and can speak the English language fluently.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
