JOB SUMMARY

Manages and ensures the smooth running of the Kids Club. The Kid’s Club is responsible for the well-being of the participating children by providing highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service during operating hours of the Kids Club. Implements programs introduced by the management and carries out all activities/programs’ Duties also include supervising, directing, assisting, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kids Club and its surroundings.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures Kids Club representative is present at arrivals and departures to greet children/guests. 
• Ensure all necessary welcome/invitation letters/cards, introduction letters, and complimentary arrival kits are always available and ready at appropriate times, according to Kids Club Standard Operating Procedures.   
• Ensures that Standard Operation Procedures for all activities and excursions are exercised and always practiced. 
• Supervises and coordinates all beach and non–beach activities, programs, and excursions on or off the Island.  
• Ensures all necessary registration forms and monthly participation reports are neatly compiled and submitted to the Resort Manager. 
• Reports feedback to his/her respective Division Head on likes and dislikes of children about the activities and programs implemented. 
• Participates in training programs, Life Saving Program First Aid classes, and Worldwide Kids. 
• Constantly develops new activities and ideas to conduct activities better and in a more exciting approach. 
• Kids Only Manager is knowledgeable about the facilities and services provided by other One&Only Resorts. 
• Welcomes, greets, and assists guests with any requests, inquiries, and directions. 
• Reports to duty on time, dressed in the issued uniform and groomed as described in the resort’s grooming standards. 
• Represents, promotes, and up always sells One&Only Reethi Rah to the best of his/her abilities. 
• Ensures that all Kids Club areas, within the assigned section, are always kept clean and tidy.  
• Looks after guests, who need special attention with utmost care, accuracy, and tolerance. 
• Maintains inter-department relations and communication to achieve synergy within the department and the resort. 
• Abides by the resort’s rules and regulations and ensures that subordinates abide by them as well. 
• Is responsible for inventory of all the items in the Kids Club. 
• Report any problems and guest-related incidents to the Director of Guest Experiences. 
• Attends inter-departmental meetings and training sessions. 
• Flexible working long hours, when required. 
• Shows initiative, suggests new services anticipates guests' needs, and discusses with the Director of Guest Experiences.   
• Share knowledge and skills with his/her subordinates.  
• Always communicates customer complaints and compliments to the Director of Guest Experiences. 
• Ensures that all Kids Club Team Members follow safety rules and operating procedures. 
• At all times, project a favorable image of the Kids Club Team members to the rest of the resort. 
• At all times, project a favorable image of One&Only Reethi Rah and One&Only Resorts to the public. 
• Ensure Kids Only facility is aligned with global standards established by Worldwide Kids 
• Managing the annual World-Wide Kids Audit and planning an action plan accordingly. 
• Managing the Kids Only Buddy program
• To perform all other jobs related to your scope of work, as requested by your superiors or other Managers.

 SKILL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT 

• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Must complete the childcare training and always with positive attitude version the workplace.
• A minimum of 2 tears in a similar role is required.
