JOB SUMMARY
Operate all generators in accordance with the resort’s operational requirements, ensuring a continuous power supply and minimizing the risk of outages.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure all generators operate at optimum efficiency to meet the resort’s power requirements.
• Conduct periodic maintenance and servicing of generators in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
• Accurately record and calculate daily fuel consumption and power generation data.
• Regularly inspect and monitor fuel pumps, cooling fans, circulation pumps, and heat exchangers to ensure proper functionality.
• Assist in engine overhaul, repair, and major maintenance activities as required.
• Maintain the powerhouse and all associated areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Perform any other duties within the scope of work as assigned by superiors, supervisors, or management.
SKILL EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in remote island set-up.
• Technical education/skills in Electrical & Mechanical
• Diesel Generator overhauling experience.
• Physically strong and able-bodied.
