JOB SUMMARY

Runner, Villa Valet Service is responsible for ensuring all guest-requested items are delivered promptly, are well presented and in 
good condition, also ensuring the store and pantries are always well stocked. Assisting in cleaning and maintaining stores, always 
adhering to O&O standards, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are always followed.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To follow and maintain all standards and procedures for housekeeping service.
Assist with fruit and wine collection from the respective location on allocated time and delivering to pantries.
Ensure that all guest-request items through the Alice system are delivered promptly and are always in good working condition/order
and set for guest use, including rollaway beds and baby cots, etc.
Collect guest loan items when guests check out as per Alice's request.
Ensuring that the Housekeeping Store and Pantries are well always stocked, all items are kept neatly, and proper inventory is
conducted regularly.
To assist and maintain pantry cleanliness according to One & Only Standards when and where required.
Make notes, collect, and act on any guest requests and preferences.
Ensure all interactions with guests are professional and polite with O&O RR standards.
Ensure proper use and care of equipment.
Ensure the Lost and Found procedure is always adhered to.
Always keep the work area neat, tidy, and stocked as required.
The ability to maintain safe work practices.
Ensure all defects are reported immediately and follow up to ensure they have been completed promptly.
To assist in other areas of Housekeeping when and where required.
Ensure that the tasks provided daily are executed to the expectation of O&O RR standard.
Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
Attends and participates in team events.
Participates in required training related to the job.
To effectively communicate and maintain a favorable working relationship with colleges at all levels.
Ensure a professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
Ensure to meet the Grooming and Hygiene policy of One&Only Reethi Rah at all times when in uniform.
To perform all other jobs related to your scope of work, as requested by your superiors or other Managers.
