KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Maintain par level of stocks; prepare orders & follow-up with Coordinator, purchasing to get the orders on time without delay.
  • To be alert at all times on miss-appropriation or cheating.
  • To work multitask jobs in the Finance department.
  • To actively conduct random check of goods received in compliance with hygiene standard and Resort requirements.
  • Maintain full confidentiality over Resort’s financial status.
  • Maintain high spirit among Finance department colleagues as well as colleagues from other department.
  • Use creative and positive thinking; throw new ideas for constant improvement of the Corner Shop.
  • Performs additional duties and/or other special projects as requested by the Director of Procurement.
  • Introduce new items to have different varieties of products to our colleagues.
  • Listen to the comments of colleagues and checking of the suggestion box at least once a week.
  • Keeps abreast with employee welfare concerns and career development/succession plans.
  • Attends and participates in team events.
  • Participates in required training related to the job.
  • Ensure correct orientation and training for new employees in the department.
  • To effectively communicate and maintain a favorable working relationship with colleges at all levels.
  • Always assure professional attitude towards guest and collegues.
  • To provide an effective structure for communication within the department at all levels.
  • Leads by example, inspires and motivates those around through enthusiasm and inspires and guides others to make their decisions based on the organizations values and overall direction, keeping the Company’s goals in mind.
  • Reports incidents of breakages, equipment repair and maintenance to Department Head.
  • To be conscious and responsible regarding energy and water conservation
