About the Role
Analyzes Food & Beverage costs and other Hotel Costs
Prepares various reports and outline cost factors.
Help correct activities harmful to the profitability of our Resort
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly food & beverage forecasts and cost report
- Assist to monitor Food & Beverage expenses, costs in all Food & Beverage outlets through analysis of daily sales, purchases, requisitions, and consumption
- Produces a daily food cost report and identifies menu costing and control issues in the absence of Head Cost Controller
- Review ticket voids, promotions and other Food & Beverage activities to ensure proper controls are in place
- Performs other duties as requested by the Head Cost Controller
- Audit of all menu prices in micros with the actual printed menu for all outlets
- Carry out monthly inventory in all outlets and Cost centers
About You
The ideal candidate should have at least a high school or diploma in same field. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an International Ultra-Luxury Resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French.
