About the role 

 

 

As a successful Commis Chef 1 you will be joining our professional kitchen team at a level where the only way is up! If you already know some kitchen basics, our team of award-winning Chefs will continue your training and assist you on your chosen career path. It is essential that you have some professional kitchen experience and are dedicated to becoming a world-class Chef.

 

 

About You

 

 

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in an international luxury hotel. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles.

 

 

Our kitchens here at One&Only Le Saint Geran are professional, friendly and welcoming. You will be encouraged to learn, train and achieve more than you thought is possible every day. It is a very busy environment, and you should be prepared to prioritize, work hard and work fast with a keen eye on quality. 

 

 

Commis Chef 1 must demonstrate a clear passion for food and a willingness to learn in a supportive but disciplined environment.
