Job Summary
Assist in managing payroll and banking operations for the resort, ensuring accurate salary processing, compliance with statutory regulations, timely payments, and exceptional support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and review monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, service charge, allowances, leave, and deductions.
- Prepare salary payment files and liaise with banks to ensure timely employee payments.
- Process final settlements, gratuity payments, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, social security, and pension requirements.
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and banking transactions.
- Prepare payroll reports, audits, and management summaries.
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll records with strict confidentiality.
- Support continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in payroll, banking, or finance within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and hospitality payroll practices.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
