About the role

 

 

The Coordinator, Learning & Development, is responsible for assisting the Manager and Assistant Manager, Learning & Development with the support and coordination of all administrative related tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations for the L&D department. The Coordinator, L&D, is also responsible for maintaining records, documents, filing systems, digital files, and recording all L&D meeting minutes or as requested by the L&D Manager.

 

You will also coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation and housekeeping, to assist the Assistant Managers, Managers, and Director. Other duties will include but are not limited to preparing purchase requests for all the teams’ requirements, such as stationery and other equipment for the department, whilst managing and maintaining all training calendars and schedules, and managing and maintaining all training rooms across Atlantis Dubai.

 

 

About you

 

 

The successful Coordinator, L&D, will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in delivering training programs, and must have experience in managing learning content and administration. You will have advanced Microsoft Office, having intermediate to advanced level in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ideally have a degree related to hospitality, or human resources, although this is not essential.

 

You will also be personable, friendly, tentative, and empathetic to our employees’ needs, and be professional and well groomed.
