About the Role
The Cost Controller is responsible for analyzing the costs of the Hotel, for preparing various reports and for outlining cost factors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To prepare monthly Food & Beverage forecasts and cost report.
- To assist to monitor Food & Beverage expenses, costs in all Food & Beverage outlets through analysis of daily sales, purchases, requisitions, and consumption.
- To produce a daily food cost report and to identify menu costing.
- To control issues in the absence of the Assistant Manager, Cost Controller.
- To review ticket voids, promotions, and other Food & Beverage activities to ensure proper controls are in place.
- To carry Audit of all menu prices in micros with the actual printed menu for all outlets.
- To carry out monthly inventory in all outlets.
About you
The desired qualification for this role is at least a Higher School Certificate. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an international ultra-luxury resort and must be fluent in written and spoken English and French.
