Job Summary

We seek a charismatic and accomplished Marketing and Communications Director to join One&Only Le Saint Géran's  Commercial Team. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the new Director, Marketing & Communication will spearhead initiatives to propel Le Saint Géran as an Exceptional One-Off Resorts and Private Homes in one of the world's most captivating destinations. The role will be pivotal in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and elevate the guest experience across all touchpoints. Collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will craft and execute innovative global campaigns and initiatives across our diverse business verticals, resonating with our target audience and reinforcing One&Only's position as a leader in ultra-luxury hospitality.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across multiple channels, including offline, digital, social media, partnerships.
  2. Lead the development of compelling brand narratives and messaging that highlight the unique offerings and experiences of Le Saint Géran while staying true to the overarching brand identity.
  3. Define campaigns and strategies across various business verticals including but not limited to One&Only real estate offering (Private Homes), Food & Beverage, Wellness etc.
  4. Work closely with the Global Digital Team to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including website content management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive direct bookings and revenue growth.
  5. Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to embed the One&Only brand positioning and culture across the company with the development of brand materials, tools and templates.
  6. Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and recommend strategies to stay ahead of market trends and maintain Le Saint Géran's competitive edge.
  7. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, Business Studies or related field
  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles within the luxury lifestyle industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading marketing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and the ability to translate brand values into impactful marketing campaigns and experiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, listen and motivate.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and cultures.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in international or global marketing is a plus.
