About the role
The Director of Private Homes will be responsible for the delivery of the One&Only residential experience. This role will report to the Property’s General Manager and have overarching accountability for the delivery of brand experience and property management related functions including lifestyle, health & safety, HOA administration and governance, facility management, housekeeping, legal compliance and delivery of all elements of the rental program.
The Director of Private Homes will develop and implement property specific management strategies for the Residence in partnership with the General Manager, Private Homes Global Office and other department heads in in line with the ‘Ultra Luxury’ standards offered within the adjacent and integrated resort setting. The role will also be responsible for ensuring that the Residence component remains compliant with relevant building authority obligations and industry best practice at all times
About you
If you have Bachelor’s Degree in related field, 3-5 years working in high-end or Luxury mixed use JOP / HOA / Strata developments, local real estate legisltion understanding and experience in luxury or boutique hotel guest services departments (preferred), as well as the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy, we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity.
