About the Role
Welcome and greet Guests upon arrival and departure with a warm welcome as per One & Only Standard and personalized service with great care and courtesy, while demonstrating our Genuine Hospitality to all our Guests at all time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all colleagues are well groomed
- Well groomed
- Attend morning line up
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the lobby
- Welcome Guests upon arrival as per One&Only standards.
- Offer assistance by opening doors and Luggages.
- Deliver a personalized service escorting guest to their respective transfers.
- Scrutinise daily arrival and departure list.
- Take record of all transfers daily.
- Maintain Club Car and other equipment.
- Respond to special request from Concierge.
- Perform any cognate duties related to the job.
- Luggage Handling.
- Message Delivery.
- Assist Guest with Directions.
- Cleaning of Trolleys & Luggage Room.
- Offer Valet parking service.
- Perform all duties, other than the above as requested by the hotel, company policies.
About You
The ideal candidate should have at least a school certificate. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an international ultra-luxury resort. The ideal candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English and French and must be computer literate.
